Terms & conditions

Welcome to InvisArmor (InvisArmor.com), operated by REXQIL LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services.
We may update these Terms from time to time due to business, regulatory, or legal requirements. Updated Terms will apply from the date they are published and will not retroactively change the terms applicable to orders already placed, unless required by law.

I. User Accounts
Some website features may require registration. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
Accounts may not be sold, rented, transferred, or used for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse our website or services.

II. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, pricing, images, and availability are accurate.
Product appearance, color, texture, and other visual details may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen settings, manufacturing variations, or product updates.
Protection type, protection level, and coverage vary by product. Please refer to the individual product page for the specific protection information applicable to each item.
Prices may change due to promotions, market conditions, product updates, or other factors. The price displayed at checkout at the time of purchase is the price applicable to your order.
In the event of an obvious pricing, description, or technical error, we reserve the right to correct the error or cancel the affected order.

III. Orders & Payments
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from InvisArmor.
Receipt of payment or an automated order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of an order.
We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch in cases including stock unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing errors, incorrect information, or other legitimate reasons.
If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the relevant amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Please verify your product selection, size, shipping address, and other order information before completing checkout.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Payments are processed through third party payment providers using their applicable security systems and terms.
You are responsible for protecting your payment information and account credentials from unauthorized use.

IV. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping information provided is accurate and complete.
Processing and delivery estimates are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delivery times may be affected by carriers, customs clearance, weather, local postal services, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
International orders may be subject to customs procedures, import requirements, or local regulations depending on the destination.
Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to you or to a person designated by you, subject to applicable consumer law.
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

V. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility except where otherwise stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy or required by applicable law.
Size, fit, color, style, or personal preference changes are handled according to the procedures stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

VI. Product Use & Protective Performance
InvisArmor products are designed to provide the type and level of protection described on each individual product page.
Protection varies between products. Not every InvisArmor product provides the same type, level, or area of protection.
InvisArmor products are not bulletproof and are not designed for ballistic protection.
Cut-resistant and stab-resistant products are designed to provide resistance against specified threats, but no protective garment can guarantee complete protection against injury in every circumstance.
Actual protective performance may vary depending on factors including the type of object involved, force, angle, point of contact, repeated impacts, product condition, fit, wear, and other circumstances.
Protective products should not be deliberately cut, stabbed, struck, pierced, or otherwise subjected to protective performance testing while being worn.
Damage resulting from deliberate cut, stab, impact, or other protective performance testing, misuse, alteration, improper care, or accidental damage after delivery is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Customers should follow the care, use, sizing, and product specific information provided on the relevant product page or accompanying materials.

VII. InvisArmor Guard
InvisArmor Guard is a supplementary personal safety check-in and notification service designed to provide an additional layer of connected safety.
Guard is not an emergency response, monitoring, medical, rescue, or law enforcement service and is not a substitute for contacting local emergency services when immediate assistance is required.
Guard notifications depend on factors outside our direct control, including internet availability, mobile networks, telecommunications providers, device settings, email or messaging delivery, and the accuracy of information provided by the user.
For this reason, successful or immediate delivery of every notification cannot be guaranteed.
Users are responsible for providing accurate contact information and ensuring that designated contacts are appropriate and, where required, have agreed to receive Guard notifications.
Guard features, availability, notification methods, and functionality may be updated or changed as the service develops.
